We pride ourselves on our quality home care team and feel very lucky to work with such a fantastic group of people. They all have professional backgrounds, are capable, reliable and caring. We are pleased to say we pay our people properly too. Everyone is police checked and has exemplary references.
Emma
Emma has spent many years working part time for a well known airline. Her young family keeps her busy too, but she loves to find time to cook and entertain, get out for the odd run along the seafront, and spend time in her garden.
Briar
Briar is a support worker, and has also worked for many years as an office manager for a variety of organisations. She has a young family and enjoys walks and pottering in the garden. She loves cinema and is never happier than when she has a good book on the go!
Sue
Sue has lived in Hove for 20 years, she has two daughters, loves animals, and spends her spare time horse riding, gardening or walking her dog. Sue loves travelling and works part time for an airline. When time allows she loves catching up with her girlfriends.
Cath
Cath has lived in Lewes for over 30 years, bringing up her three boys and working as a school secretary. She has always loved animals and worked with horses in the past but now just has Morgan the dog. These days she is often on the road to Devon to visit her mum or Shrewbury to visit her Aunt, with Morgan of course!
Penny
Penny has led an exciting and varied life here and abroad. From driving instructor to restauranteur Penny now works as a holistic therapist helping people with chronic pain. She loves walking her dog Betty and when down time allows enjoys sitting down with a good book.
Aly
Aly has worked mainly as a singer and actress and still loves to perform the odd jazz concert. Her daughters are grown up now so she has a bit more time to indulge her passion for going to the theatre. She also loves to read a good book when time allows!
Susan
Susan has spent many years working with children in school settings. She has also worked as an illustrator for children’s books, and has worked in care homes. She loves visiting art galleries, reading, travel, yoga and walks by the sea whenever times allows.
Ceon
Ceon works part time for a well known airline, whilst juggling family life with her teenage boys and dog, flossy. She loves to read and walk, but says there is nothing better than a natter with the girls over a good curry.
Mathilda
Mathilda loves looking after people and animals in equal measure! Since returning from Copenhagen where she worked as an au pair she has loved working in the world of care. When not working she will be found looking after her horses, dogs and cats!
Jane
Jane’s background is in International Development. She is an active person physically and socially! She loves good food and baking and keeps fit with cycling and yoga. She’s at her happiest having a natter over a cuppa and cake with friends.
Tiffany
Tiffany works therapeutically with yoga, dance, sound and nutrition. She adores living on the South Downs with her teenage daughter and enjoys a good walk, pottering in the garden, and a chat with friends over a cuppa, preferably in the sunshine!
Manda
Manda runs creativity workshops and teaches french and spanish to children. She also has experience of using her creative skills in therapeutic settings. Manda loves drawing, making art and music. She lives with her family and their much loved dog, Elsie.
Sarah
Sarah teaches cooking and baking and also supplies cakes to several local tea rooms. With five grown up children cooking is a way of life for Sarah but when she’s not in the kitchen she loves gardening, keeping fit, and all types of crafting.
Carrie
Carrie has worked in event management for many years and is super organised! In her spare time she loves to travel, spend time with family and friends, up-cycle furniture, and take go for long walks in the beautiful Sussex countryside.
Helen
Helen, a mum of two, has worked for many years with children in nurseries and also as a childminder. Helen loves being active, whether at the gym, cycling around town or walking her dog.
Nicolas
Nicolas has spent much of his professional life overseas working for NGOs. He’s now happily settled back in Sussex with his young family. He loves wildlife and the great outdoors, and in his spare time enjoys upcycling odd bits of furniture.
Hannah
Hannah is a qualified Foot Health Practitioner with a gentle touch. She has two young children but when time does allow she loves to get to the beach, potter in the garden, or pop to a cafe for coffee and cake.
Abbie
Either side of having children Abbie has spent the majority of her adult life working as air and ground crew for a well-known airline. She has also worked as a PA. When family allows, her spare time is spent walking her dog, Ernie, and having the odd cold-dip in the sea followed by a hot cuppa!
Sue
Sue’s background is in travel and tourism and she speaks conversational French and Spanish. She spends her time between Ferring and Hove and often cycles between the two to keep fit! She loves nothing better than good food and a bit of a dance.
Cara
In addition to her work teaching singing to a range of groups young and old, Cara is a reflexologist and massage therapist. She spends her spare time drawing, reading, and is currently learning Italian. Oh and she loves a crossword.
Mandy
Mandy is a hairdresser with 20 years experience. She lives in Hove with her family and a scruffy dog called Buster! To relax she loves to knit and walk her dog on the beach.
Kerry
Kerry works part time for a well known airline and has lived in Hove for over 20 years. She has previously worked as a dancer, actress and fitness instructor. In her spare time she loves to get creative with painting, sewing, embroidery and gardening too!
Sue
Sue worked as an Art Director before moving with her family to Brighton. More recently she’s put her arty skills to use designing and baking wedding and celebration cakes. She loves comedy, art (of course!) and dance, as well as heading down to the beach with her paddle board and Floss the dog.
Salma
Salma has had an exciting and varied career as cabin crew, air traffic controller and as a dancer. Originally from Tanzania Salma is a great traveller but is now happily settled in Hove. In her spare time she loves to walk, practice yoga, listen to music and cook creatively.
Anna
Anna has had a rich and varied working life across the world including catering, property management and driving a taxi. Having settled sometime ago in Hove in her spare time she sings in two choirs, plays tennis, and campaigns for animal rights.
Kathryn
Kathryn spent most of her professional life as a PA both in the UK and abroad. These days she is mostly kept busy looking after her grandchildren and their dogs, all of whom she adores. When time allows Kathryn loves a round of golf. She’s also a self confessed Liverpool FC supporter!
Jemma
A mum of two teenagers, Jemma has worked in a variety of settings supporting older people. She’s also a dab hand at gardening, is a qualified therapist and has worked as a primary school teaching assistant. Her love of animals has led her to volunteer for several animal charities over the years too.
David
David, born and bred in Brighton, runs a window cleaning company with Gary. In his spare time he’s seriously into fitness and in particular he loves a weight-lifting challenge.
Cindy
Cindy previously worked in finance for many years before making the change and retraining as a gardener. She loves growing vegetables and is very proud of her wildflower meadow which she has been cultivating for the past seven years!
Anna M
Anna has many years experience supporting older people. When not working you will generally find her out dog walking, foraging in the woods, taking photos, or cooking up a pot of something delicious!
Gemma
Gemma works part-time as an occupational therapist, foot health practitioner and massage therapist. She loves working with people, walking in nature, painting and being creative as well as cooking and laughing.
Nicola
Originally from the North East of England, Nicola came to Brighton in 1997 and never left. Nicola has worked for much of her life in travel, as cabin crew and more recently as a travel consultant. She loves to bake, watch a good film and catch up with friends over a cuppa.
Leslie
Leslie is a yoga teacher and artist and loves to share both these passions with others. After years of extensive travels and life overseas she is happy to be back here enjoying long walks along the coast and south downs.
Guy
Guy studied furniture design at college and then taught design & technology for 20 years. Having honed his skills developing properties in Sussex Guy has now set up a property maintenance company with his business partner, Pete. When time allows he enjoys a game of cricket and a walk with his dog on the Downs.
Christina
Christina has enjoyed a colourful career as a professional hair and make up artist for 30 years. With her four children now ‘flown the nest’ she is able to indulge her passions for yoga, visiting friends, walks by the sea and travelling.
Gaby
Gaby has worked as a business consultant internationally and is now happily settled in Sussex with her family. She speaks several languages, and to relax loves listening to music, travelling, baking and keeping fit.
Jules
Jules has worked as a shoemaker, designer and more recently as a dance teacher. She loves to dance for pleasure and enjoys cooking (and eating!), and being with friends and family. When time allows she does yoga and mediation and takes long walks on the beach.
Sandra
Sandra was previously a school teacher before putting her love of nature and wildlife to good use and retraining as a gardener. She is a keen cook, using fresh herbs from her garden, and spends many happy hours propagating plants from seeds and cuttings!
Jilly
Jilly is a mum of two and a property developer with a background in finance. She has a passion for food and loves nothing more than cooking and entertaining friends. In her spare time she enjoys outdoor fitness, the cinema and travelling.
Li
A primary school teacher by profession, Li has gone on to work as a musician and choir director. She is also an end of life doula. She loves being outside, running, hiking, sea swimming and wild camping. When she does sit down she loves diving into a good book.
Jean
Jean has lived in Hove for over 25 years. She was publican at the Sussex Cricketers for many years which improved her knowledge of cricket dramatically! These days she juggles life with her young family alongside charity fundraising. She loves the cinema, walking and drinking coffee with friends.
Paquita
Paquita is half Spanish and has her grandmother’s name. She lives in Hove and her young twins keep her pretty busy! A drama teacher by training, she has spent the past several years supporting older and disabled people in the community. She loves to cook, garden, sing and dance.
Bella
Bella has spent much of her working life writing and editing, but is also a passionate artist and has run art classes for children for many years. When enjoying some down time she loves to read, listen to music, and get to the odd yoga class.
Heather
Heather is a textile designer by profession and now runs her own textile workshop, in addition to selling vintage clothes. She loves travelling, especially to Asia, eating out, has very green fingers and practices yoga daily.
Peter
Peter spent many years in IT & engineering. He then changed tack and began developing properties locally before going on to set up a property maintenance company with his business partner, Guy. He lives in Brighton with his wife and daughter and is a keen photographer when time allows.
Michelle
Michelle works as a part time foot health practitioner and is also a carer for adults with learning disabilities. In her spare time she loves to swim in the sea and explore the French countryside with her husband on their tandem!
Amy
Amy is a support worker and is currently studying to be a counsellor. She loves to socialise and also enjoys reading, yoga, cooking and spending time in nature. She lives in Hove with her two young children and partner.
Jennie
Jennie works part time for a well known airline. She is Sussex born and bred and lives in Hove with her young family and Coco the dog. She loves to chat, cook and read. She was brought up with horses but has recently bought a bike so is learning to ride a new kind of saddle!
Clare
Clare is a qualified teacher of Art and Design, and lives with her family in Hove. She enjoys visiting art galleries, cooking, walking her dog, watching old movies and taking photos. Originally from North Yorkshire she also likes a good cup of tea!
Cathy
Cathy, a “champion of domestic life” enjoys baking, sewing and reading, and is passionate about architecture and design. At weekends she relaxes at her beach hut in Hove.
Tara
Tara is Hove born and bred! She has worked in a number of settings over the years, whilst bringing up her family, including helping run a care home, writing for interiors and gardening magazines, and more recently getting her hands dirty and designing and maintaining gardens locally. She loves getting out for a walk or run with her rescue dog!
Diana
Diana is a retired nurse who has lived and worked both here and abroad. Now settled back in Brighton with her large adult family, she likes to walk her dogs and has interests in gardening, cooking & nutrition, permaculture, art, bee keeping, Reiki, Buddhism and animal welfare.
Sally
Sally has worked as a dementia specialist for many years. She has enjoyed travelling far and wide but these days prefers to explore closer to home. She is passionate about craft activities and loves teaching anyone who will let her! Sally adores her daily walk with her dog Willow.

Christine has lived in Hove for over twenty five years now and still loves it! She worked for an airline for many years but is now happy working locally, walking her dog Barney, reading with her book club, and chatting with friends over coffee and cake.

Jane’s background is in creative arts therapy and she has many years experience working in that capacity with vulnerable young people. She lives in Brighton and has two teenagers to keep her busy! She loves to cook, read, walk her dog and spend time with friends.

For the last 20 years Marianna has lived in Lewes bringing up her children and working as a nurse. She is also a trained aromatherapist and reflexologist and loves cooking, gardening and wildlife.
Lisa
Lisa lives in Brighton with her young family and lively Hungarian Vizla, Bobbi. As well as discovering new walks in the beautiful Sussex countryside Lisa loves a sewing project and restoring old furniture in her spare time.
Karen
Originally from Devon, Karen spent many years living in the centre of Brighton but has now opted for life in the countryside close to Hurstpierpoint. Karen loves walking her dog, latin and ballroom dancing and visiting and hosting friends from around the world. She has super green fingers too.

Helen is a creative type through and through! From designing and styling for major corporate companies to running knitting and art projects locally she’s got a keen eye and a passion for crafts. She loves getting out and about with the family Labrador and chatting over a good coffee.
Stephanie
‘Variety is the Spice of Life’ is Stephanie’s catch phrase, having worked and volunteered in all sorts of capacities including community work, special education, interior design, and running a cafe.
Trea
Trea is originally from the Netherlands where she started her career in hair and beauty but has lived in the UK for over 25 years. She lives in Hove with her young family and loves to travel, garden, and go for long country walks. She also volunteers for a local charity.
Vibha
Vibha is mum to two girls who are taller than her! She loves the outdoors and equally a puzzle or a game. She works as a support to mums giving birth and loves reflexology and massage.
Steve
Steve runs a building, plumbing and decorating company. He loves to run and cycle and is happiest outdoors. He can often be found running the bar at his sons’ school PTA events.
Pippa
A photographer by profession, Pippa juggles work with looking after her two young children. Although settled in East Sussex now she loves to travel if the opportunity arises. When she gets some down-time she can be found running or practising yoga.
Helen
Helen is a local textile artist and also enjoys sewing and painting, along with walking her dog with her children down by the beach. Her guilty pleasure – a good long chat over a cup of frothy coffee.
Daniela
Originally from Peru, Daniela is a qualified doctor whose work has taken her around the world. She has now settled in Hove and works for the NHS. In addition she volunteers with a community garden. She is passionate about health and wellbeing and loves running and hiking in her spare time.
Marein
Marein works as a birth doula supporting new families around the birth of their babies. She also has a passion for languages and works as a translator. She has a teenage family of her own and in her spare time loves to walk her dog, go for a cycle or practise yoga.
Stella
A mum to two adult daughters, Stella runs a small landscaping business. Her rescue pup gets her out into the woods, fields or beach most days. She loves cooking and, of course, gardening, as well as reading and writing. And a good chat about current affairs too!

Mandy is a singing & piano teacher, and home-tutor. She also loves singing jazz, travelling (especially to Turkey), walking by the sea and meeting up with friends.
Wendy
Wendy worked for a high-street bank for 32 years, and has since discovered that there if life beyond banking! She loves reading and jigsaws, and can often be found rambling on the Downs when not looking after her four grandchildren.
Norma
Norma is a part-time tutor. She has three grown up children and enjoys theatre, cinema, live comedy, gardening and pilates. She also loves being part of her book group which has been going for over 16 years!
Gary
Gary runs a window cleaning business in Brighton with David, and when he isn’t working or looking after his three children he loves to relax by doing a spot of photography.
